The plant operating under the name of Schlütter’s Echte! Nürnberger Rostbratwürste GmbH & Co. KG in Nuremberg was completely redesigned and rebuilt in 2006.
It specialises in the production of Original Nürnberger Rostbratwürste and Bratwurst sausages.
The Nuremberg plant is approved in the EU as a production facility under approval number DE EV 1050 EG.
