This region is a symbol of culinary and craft tradition like no other in Germany. In Freiburg, the sunny part of the Black Forest, our master butchers develop Black Forest sausage specialties at the highest level.
Of course, the range also includes the famous “Schwarzwälder Schinken”, a geographical indication protected by the European Union since 1997 (g.g.A.).
